Andrew is a construction lawyer with a range of both procurement and dispute resolution experience ranging from complex industrial and public works projects to small- and medium-sized construction projects. On the procurement side, Andrew has advised large public sector and private sector owners on major project development – including utilizing innovative procurement strategies, compensation model structuring, and contract drafting and negotiation. He has assisted construction project participants with managing, advancing and defending construction-related disputes, including those related to project delays, claims for extras, construction deficiencies and scope disputes. He is also experienced with builders' lien-related matters.
