In particular, Courtney provides guidance to her clients relating to: corporate tax planning, personal tax planning, structuring of business operations, sales and purchases of businesses, corporate reorganizations, distribution planning, implementation and use of family trusts, succession planning and inter-generational transfers of businesses, personal estate planning and estate administration including drafting of testamentary documents, shareholder disputes and dispute resolution advice with Canada Revenue Agency.
