Ada Tang is a solicitor with a practice focused on real estate acquisitions and dispositions, real estate-based financing transactions, commercial lending and commercial leasing. She also advises clients on corporate matters, including limited partnerships, joint ventures, corporate structures and contract-related matters.

Before becoming a lawyer, Ada spent several years in the financial services industry, where she gained invaluable experience that she now applies to her legal practice.

Ada is an active contributor to the legal and commercial real estate community. She is a dedicated member of the Canadian Bar Association’s Commercial Real Estate and Leasing subsection, as well as Edmonton CREW.

Outside the office, Ada enjoys traveling, spending time with her two young children and is an enthusiastic spectator (and sometimes unathletic participant) of many sports.
