Danielle Bourgeois, KC is a partner in Field Law’s Edmonton office with a diverse civil litigation practice that delves into areas including contract disputes, debt collection, insurance defence, personal injury, corporate and mortgage fraud, shareholder disputes, residential construction, foreclosure, judgment recovery, and commercial and residential leases.
Danielle’s practice has seen her appear before all levels of court within Alberta, including the civil and criminal divisions of Alberta Court of Justice, the Court of King’s Bench, and the Alberta Court of Appeal.
